Louis Schacht
A third generation Indian River citrus grower, Louis is an owner/operator of Schacht Groves in Vero Beach. A Vero Beach native, he is a graduate of UNC/Chapel Hill and is married to wife, Kelly Brown. In addition to his commitment to the Indian River Land Trust, Louis volunteers for St. Francis Manor, the Heritage Center, Habitat for Humanity and the Education Foundation of Indian River County. His interests include golf, travel, backpacking, and Tar Heel sports.
